made?
This is how mercury selenide should be prepared
1. To precipitate HgTe in solution, drop a dilute solution HgCl2 into saturated H2Se solution under isolated air conditions. You should avoid using excessive amounts of HgCl2, and you should never use H2Se with high levels. Otherwise HgCl22HgTe precipitation may occur.
2. The solution should be diluted with HgCl2 in highly ammoniacal NaCN solution, according to the stoichiometric formula. Next, you must add an equal amount of SeO2 after it has been filtered.
