Tantalum carbid is a white metal-like cubic cubic crystalline product that falls under the category of sodium chloride. Tantalum carbide has been used in the past to stop cemented carbide-sintered grain growth. Particle size: -325mes Tantalum carbide TaC Powder Tantalum carbonide is an metallic cubic crystalline powder which forms a binary compound family with tantalum or carbon. They are highly refractory, fragile ceramic materials with high metallic conductivity. They are typically sintered to make brownish-gray, powdery forms. It is a sodium chloride-type cubic crystal. Presently, tantalum carbid is used in the cemented carbide sintered seed grain growth inhibitor. This has a notable effect on grain growth and has a density at 14.3g/cm3. Tantalum caride is insoluble when dissolved in water. It is resistant to oxidation and can be easily melted with potassium pyrosulfate. Tantalum carbid has an excellent electrical conductivity. At room temperature it is resistant to 30 and shows superconducting qualities. Tantalum carbonide is used in powder metalurgical, the cutting of ceramics and chemical vapor desposition. You can use the golden-yellow sintered body made of tantalum caride as watch decorations. This complex combination of covalent elements and metal ions makes the bond between tantalum carbide atoms and carbon atoms complex. Carbide materials are very tough and hard due to their strong covalent component. TaC is a good example. It has a microhardness range of 1600 to 2000 km/mm2 (9H), an elastic modulus between 285gPa and 110 kg/mm2, respectively. Tantalum, on the other hand, has similar values at 186gPa. TAC has a higher carbon content, which increases hardness and yield stress. When tungsten carbide is used in cutting applications, it may be added as a cermet. Tantalum-carbid melting point – This depends on its purity and measurements. The melting point for tantalum carbide is approximately 3880°C. Only tantalum carbide ha can reach a slightly higher melting temperature of around 3942°C. The melting point for carbide clam, however, is similar to TaC. Tantalum carbide Properties: Tantalum carbonide TaC (Mohs hardness 9.0-10) is a hard refractory clay material. It’s used for tool bits that are designed to cut tools. Diamond can surpass this level of hardness. It’s a dark brown powder, which is usually sintered. This is often used in fine-crystalline additions to tungsten carbide alloys. Tantalum carbonide is the only stoichiometric binary material with the highest boiling point and melting point (at 4150 K) at 5500°C. TaC0.89, a substoichiometric chemical has a melting point of 4270 K (4000°C). How does Tantalum Carbide TaC Powder get made? Tac powder is made by heating graphite powder and adding it to argon. Heat was used to heat the powder at approximately 2000 ° C. An alternative method involves heating carbon tantalum dioxide in a vacuum or hydrogen atmosphere to reduce the temperature. However, this technique is not thermometrically controlled. TAC directly produced from the component is achieved by high-temperature self-propagation. Tantalum Carbide Uses: Carbide, capacitors and electronic components are the main applications of tantalum caride. In order to improve the physical properties, carbides are commonly added to the powder wear of tungsten carbide/cobalt / (WC/CO). Tantalum carbide is also used to inhibit the formation of large grains in order to ensure a product with an optimal hardness. You can also use it as steel mold coatings for aluminum alloy injection moulding. This provides durable, wear-resistant surfaces that are also very frictionless. You can also use carbides to create sharp instruments that have extreme mechanical resistance. Tantalum carbide can be also used for the following: 1. Cemented Caride Tintalum carbide is an important component in cemented carbide. This improves the alloy’s properties by increasing fibrous tissue and phase conversion kinetics. The alloys are then stronger and more phase stable. 2. Electronic industry The unique properties of Natunction are not just a result of its many benefits over carbide nanomaterials. This includes high hardness at 9-10 degrees Celsius, high melting points (approximately 3880 °C), Yang’s modulus (3283-550 GPa), strong conducting properties (32.7-117.4 CM 25 °C in electrical conductivity), ) High-temperature Superconducting (10.5k), heat shock and anti-chemical corrosion candles. 3. High-temperature Alloy The melting of carbide is, preferably, a tantalum carbonide(TAC) at 3890 °C and carbide (37880 °C), then carbide (2500 °C). The materials’ mechanical properties are excellent at high temperatures. Storage condition of TaC powder TaC powder’s dispersion and usage performance will be affected by the damp reunion. Tantalum carbide TaC should therefore be vacuum packed and kept in cool, dry rooms. Tantalum Carbide TaC Powder cannot be exposed to air. Ti2AlC should not be exposed to stress. Shipping and Packing of Tantalum Caride TaC Powder There are many options for packing, which all depend on the Tantalum carbide TaC powder amount. Packaging of Tantalum Carbide TaC powder: Vacuum packaging, 100g,500g or 1kg/bag. 25 kg/barrel. Or as you request.
